Bharati Reddy is a successful entrepreneur. In the role of Director in Bharati Cement Corporation Pvt. Ltd., she is very much at the forefront, also in the Sakshi Media Group, which runs a leading Telugu news channel and daily newspaper. Also in the social sector, she is very much engaged in supporting educational, health care and women’s empowerment programs.
Though out of the elected politics arena, she is a force to be reckoned with in the political space. In the grassroots level, which is her focus, including in Pulivendula, which is her husband’s constituency, she is very much at home. Known for going to the residents, listening to their problems and maintaining that warm connection with the community, which has earned her the endearment of “Amma” from the people.
