
It is in 2025 that several Indian politicians can boast about their power and wealth. But on the top is B. Parthasaradhi Reddy, a Rajya Sabha MP from Telangana with revealed assets to the tune of ₹39,200 crore. His wealth comes primarily from the pharmaceutical industry, mainly through his company Hetero Drugs, thus making him the richest politician in India.

Dr. Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani is next in line as an MP and Union Minister, having properties worth around ₹5,705 crore because of his many businesses in the U. S. associated with education and health before he came to Indian politics. His rise is considered one of the most spectacular in recent times.
It is said that Jyotiraditya Scindia, the scion of the royal Scindia family of Gwalior, also occupies the Union minister and BJP leader status, with declared assets of about ₹3,790 crore. Much of his wealth is inheritance, in the form of real estate, shares, and extravagant properties like the Jai Vilas Palace.
Another one is Parag Shah, a BJP MLA from Maharashtra, who is, in real estate entrepreneur terms and has assets worth about ₹3,383 crore. His name is remembered since he has been termed as the richest MLA in Maharashtra because of his property investments in Mumbai.
Now, Alla Ayodhya Rami Reddy, a Rajya Sabha member from Andhra Pradesh, has wealth estimated at approximately ₹2,577 crore. Ramky Group, which specialises in infrastructure and environmental services, was established under his direction.
Others are Naveen Jindal, an industrialist, a former MP with about ₹2,482 crore in wealth; Kompella Madhavi Latha with assets of almost ₹2,180 crore; and D. K. Shivakumar, Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister, possessing assets of around ₹1,413 crore.
These include K. H. Puttaswamy Gowda and Priya Krishna of Karnataka, both of whom are now part of the club with wealth above ₹1,000 crore. These politicians amassed their wealth through either entrepreneurship, inheritance, or investment in real estate.
