T-Series continues to reign as the most lucrative YouTube channel in India, with an astonishing upward number of 295 to 304 million subscribers. As a global player in music, T-Series’ domination on YouTube should come as no surprise, with innumerable Bollywood blockbuster hits and music videos attracting the interest of millions across the globe. An edge down is SET-India, the juggernaut of popular Indian TV shows, sitting about 184 to 186 million subscribers. The Zee Music Company comes in third with approximately 117 to 120 million, asserting once again that music remains the very core of Hindi entertainment in the digital arena.
With most of the rest of the list being movie-and-TV-based channels, Goldmines, by uploading dubbed South Indian films, has amassed a huge viewership of more than 105 million. Closely behind are Sony SAB and its hilarious family sitcoms with over 100 million subscribers. With children, ChuChu TV is still a top choice, with almost 97 million subscribers, with its bright and engaging content. Time-honored TV channels like Zee TV and Colors TV are also doing well online, each boasting tens of millions of loyal followers. Further up the top ten positions are T-Series Bhakti Sagar, a devotional channel, and Tips Official, dedicated solely to music—two channels that depict Indian diversity in watching choices.

As for individual creators, the notion of entertainment has taken an apparent backseat to interaction and connection strategies for them. At nearly 80 million subscribers on YouTube, KL Bro Biju Rithvik has become a super entertainer at the top of the charts for independent Indian YouTubers. His content, which focuses on vlogs and comedy skits, appeals to all generations, making him a favorite. Acharya Prashant, with a totally different style of working, offers his thoughts and discusses spiritual issues while garnering a significant 56 million followers. Anaya Kandhal is now a household name among families with kids, while Dushyant Kukreja is a name found on the lips of anyone who follows YouTube Shorts for their short-format comedy content.
Gaming and experiments, however, have carved a huge space too. Techno Gamerz and Mr. Indian Hacker, each with over 45 million subscribers, testify to the audience’s love for virtual adventures and real-life experiments. CarryMinati, the torchbearer of digital entertainment in India, still stands strong along with his roast videos in his unique style. Priyal Kukreja, Total Gaming, and Round2Hell keep growing in their own unique ways while contributing to the Indian YouTube community. These creators form the very essence of India’s YouTube landscape-good, diverse, and inextricably linked with their audience.
