Madurai Muthu was born in Tamil Nadu. By 2025, he will have turned 46. Madurai Muthu has known the full range of what life has to offer, from great happiness to great heartache. In 2016, he had the tragic loss of his first wife, Lekha, in a road accident, which was a turning point. That same year, however, he got back on his feet with the marriage to Neethi, who is a dentist. Since then, they have tried to keep a low profile regarding their personal lives away from the media. Through it all, Muthu has been very professional in his career and continues to use his art to bring out the humour in us.
