Noor Malabika is one of those actresses who left a deep impact in every other role she performed. Her web series reviewed bold but it was the touch of emotions, grace and depth with which she performed every character that was so commendable. In Charmsukh: Tapan, she played a not so glamorous role called Rashmi, which was more about vulnerability and raw melancholy. You could feel her conflict and that’s what made it so memorable.
Then there was *Palang Tod – Siskiyaan, in which she played Renu, a character moving through life’s responsibilities and then desires. Renu felt like a human being and not just another scripted character. In Anurag Basu’s latest offering, Teekhi Chutney, Noor brought spice and sass with her character Jenny, and that even small techniques may move mountains if performed right.

Walkman too was special. The series had nostalgia in it and Noor as always added heart to it. She made you think of the simpler times while making the theme bold and entertaining. Though her role in ATM Bhabhi was less but she made it memorable with her screen presence.
In Adla Badli, she was seen in a multi-layered character, someone struggling with emotions in a rather complicated relationship. In Desire, she was Malti-a woman desiring love and identity. Her pain and dissatisfaction were palpable in every scene.
She stunned the audiences in Dekhi Andekhi, a much quieter story where her expressions did most of the talking. Backroad Hustle took her into more gloomy, grittier storytelling and she moulded herself into it with utmost ease. And lastly, Gharwali Baharwali exhibited her in space with duality, portraying two storylines of the same woman, both handled with depth and honesty.
It wasn’t with mere entertainment value; connected with the personal and emotional nature of it; wholly real. Even this year in 2025, such acts continue to mesmerize a crowd.
